1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Classira website, applications, and AI generator tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using our services.
2. Permitted Use & Commercial Rights
Educators, schools, and tutoring institutions are granted full rights to generate, customize, download, print, and distribute lesson materials created on Classira for educational and commercial teaching purposes.
3. User Conduct & Acceptable AI Use
You agree not to use Classira to generate harmful, abusive, defamatory, or illegal content. Users must not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or bypass subscription rate limits or API security measures.
4. Subscriptions & Cancellations
Pro subscriptions renew monthly or annually based on your chosen billing frequency. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Upon cancellation, your access will remain active through the end of the paid billing period.
5. AI-Generated Materials Disclaimer
While Classira utilizes state-of-the-art AI models trained on pedagogy and CEFR educational standards, all generated materials (including lesson plans, quizzes, dialogues, and rubrics) are provided as pedagogical aids. Teachers and institutions retain responsibility to review, customize, and approve materials prior to classroom distribution.
6. Merchant of Record & Payment Processing
Our order process and payment transactions are facilitated by Polar.sh, who acts as the Merchant of Record for Classira subscriptions and purchases. Polar handles customer service inquiries, billing compliance, invoicing, and applicable value-added taxes (VAT/sales tax).
